Regenerative thermal incinerator,mainly composed of "oxidation chamber,regenerative chamber and switching valve",working process,To preheat VOCs into the regenerator on the intake side through the valve, from the intake temperature to 700 ℃ After left and right,it enters the oxidation chamber for full oxidation and decomposition,and the high temperature flue gas after oxidation and decomposition enters the heat storage at the outlet side.The chamber is used to transfer and store the heat in the heat storage ceramic, and the flue gas temperature is reduced to the exhaust temperature and discharged through the valve,Out of the system. According to the structure of the regenerator, RTO can be divided into two chamber, three chamber, multi chamber and rotary chamber.

Rotary RTO is to change the regenerator of traditional box type RTO into a circle or a square,

02 HIGH SALT CONTENT WASTE LLIIQUIOD INCINERATOR

In this process, the waste liquid is atomized and heated to 1100 ° C by positive pressure to
