PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Immersion incinerator is specially used to treat high concentration salt containing wastewater. Its working principle is to spray high concentration salt containing wastewater into positive pressure furnace body through atomizing spray gun for high-pressure and high-temperature oxidation decomposition. High temperature gas-liquid mixture is dissolved in water through cooling water tank, molten salt and particulate salt are all dissolved in water. After high temperature flue gas is cooled, it is treated by purification device (spray scrubber or electrostatic precipitator) Discharge through the chimney. The process can effectively avoid the salt sticking to the wall of the conventional waste water incinerator, the corrosion of refractories and the blockage of the flue and equipment by the vaporized salt.The liquid incinerator can treat the waste solvent and organic waste gas while treating the high concentration salt containing waste water.

1. Temperature in the furnace: 1100℃;
2. Flue gas residence time > 2 seconds;
3. High temperature out of stock time > 1 second;
4. The concentration of clean brine is about 5%;
5. Oxidation decomposition efficiency > 99%;
